Can I put it on top of my existing grass?
It is not recommended, as the existing grass will slowly die and could cause undulations to the perfect new surface. The first operation in our installation is to remove all existing lawn to a suitable depth and replace it with a compacted drainage sand/grit base and geotextile weed preventative membrane.
Could I put it on top of my decking?
Our products are most suitable for decking. They will provide an attractive non-slip surface.
How does Easigrass drain?
Easigrass drains via perforations in the latex/polypropylene backing to the product. This is supplemented by the sub-base of sand/grit which provides an efficient drainage medium.
Is Easigrass fire resistant?
Sand-filled Easigrass has been tested by an independent body and awarded a DIN 51960 Class 1 certificate. We recommend that sand fill is essential on all our products.
